Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within Greece.

 

Shipping Within Greece
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment through the courier provider.

During high-demand periods such as sales, Black Friday, holidays or summer peak season, courier delays may occasionally occur. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you would like gift packaging or have any special delivery requests, you may include them in the notes section during checkout or contact us at info@nemaswim.com mentioning your order number.

Service cost: €4

Delivery within 2–4 business days
Free on orders over €150
Service cost: €6

Delivery within 2–4 business days
Free on orders over €100

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination area and shipping conditions.

 

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit, debit and prepaid cards
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express

- Cash on delivery within Greece
Cash on delivery is available with an additional fee of €4.

 

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, repeated failed delivery attempts or non-collection by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping fees and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
