Returns and Refund Policy
Product returns
We offer free product returns within Greece. The cost of the first return within Greece is covered by us. Any additional returns will be charged to the customer with the corresponding shipping costs.
If you wish to change the size or replace your item with a different product, you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order at info@nemaswim.com stating your full name and order number.
Returned products must:
- be in excellent condition
- be unused, unwashed and unaltered
- have the hygiene protection sticker intact
- include all original tags and packaging
- not show signs of wear, odors or damage
Products that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
In case of a price difference, the customer will be informed before the exchange is completed. The Company is not responsible if the requested size or product is no longer available.
Refunds
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 3 business days from the delivery date of your order at info@nemaswim.com stating your full name and order number.
After contacting us, the products must be returned within 14 days.
Returned products must:
- be in excellent condition
- be unused, unwashed and unaltered
- have the hygiene protection sticker intact
- include all original tags and packaging
- not show signs of wear, odors or damage
Products that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted for refund.
Refunds are not available for Black Friday items, outlet items, clearance items or products purchased at a discount of 25% or more. In these cases, customers may request a product exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are processed within 1 to 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or to a bank account provided by the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product, a product with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date at info@nemaswim.com
Once the defect or error has been confirmed, the product will be replaced at no additional cost, subject to product availability. If the product is no longer available, you may choose another product of equal value or receive a full refund.
In order for the request to be evaluated, products must be returned in their original condition, meaning they must:
- be in excellent condition
- be unused, unwashed and unaltered
- have the hygiene protection sticker intact
- include all original tags and packaging
- not show signs of wear, odors or damage
Products that do not meet all of the above conditions may not be accepted as defective or eligible for replacement/refund.
Return & Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for Black Friday items, outlet items, clearance items or products purchased at a discount of 25% or more. In these cases, customers may request a product exchange or store credit only.
Shipping costs and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
If no communication is made within the specified timeframes or if the products are not returned within 14 days, the return or exchange request may not be accepted.
If the returned product does not meet the return and exchange conditions stated above, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s own shipping expense.
